Strange fps problem HELP

Okay so heres whats going on. I bought and amd fx 4130 not to long ago and i upgraded from an amd athlon ii x2 220. Now the problem im having is that when i play games like dayz the fx 4130 in elektro got 15-20 fps where when i had the x2 220 i get 35-40 fps not just that here are the specs of each computer

Amd athlon ii x2 220 @3.66 Ghz
Amd radeon HD 6570 @ 2GB Gddr3
4gb ddr3
35-40fps 60 AT BEST in field

its only in games like garrys mod dayz and arma that the athlon does better

fx 4130 -- 10-30fps
x2 220 -- 30-50 fps
Garrys mod
fx 4130 -- 10-50fps
x2 220 -- 60-120 fps
Battlefield 3
fx 4130 -- 60-90fps
x2 220 -- 30-40fps
Gran Theft Auto IV
fx 4130 -- 30-60 fps
x2 220 -- 20-40 fps
