This is a problem that I'm having for a while now and I tried all the obvious things (cleaning my case and card, updating drivers, reinstalling drivers, etc), basically some random games will have a frame drop issue on regular intervals (some games will run at 60 fps and drop to 15 for a second or two and go back to 60, and maybe 5~10 seconds later drop again depending on the game), most notably Jedi Fallen Order and Hellblade, it seems like FX injectors like enb and reshade create that issue too for some reason, it seems like older games that I can run way above 60 fps don't have this problem (the 2 most recent ones being Sekiro and Nier Replicant Remaster).
Also, most of the games that have this issue are heating the gpu past 80ºC, and I observed drops in GPU usage coinciding with the frame drops on many occasions.

PSU: CV550 Corsair
GPU: Asus RX 570 4GB
CPU: Ryzen 3 3100
RAM: 16GB DDR4
