I get a strange glitching on my screen and I have to restart my computer to get it to go away. It doesn't happen often but I find it quite strange and annoying.

Picture of the issue.
I have:
AMD FX-9590
16GB RAM (got 4/4 passes on mem test 86+)
NVIDIA GTX 980
Bequiet 600w psu
Running Windows 10

I'm pretty sure the psu isn't good enough for the cpu, but I'm getting a new one soon so I just need to know which part is causing the problem.

Does your screen works with other devices ? If it does, that means your gpu is dead.
For your PSU, 600W is enough.

I'm not sure, but the sound to my headphones stops working shortly after (a minute or so) the problem occurs.

What is your CPU cooler ? The FX-9590 is a 220W TDP CPU so it might overheat if not cooled properly.

It's the cooler Master v8, I think.
