Question Strange GPU and CPU utilisation while gaming on laptop ?

When i run GTA V the GPU is fully utilised like it normally would do in past, but the CPU hovers at 50, 60 sometimes dropping to even 20,30. The Fps is really bad about 19 to 35 even with gfx on lowest setting at 1080p(Hitman dropped some frames sometimes but mostly above 30 fps)

When i play Hitman 2 my Gpu is not even used and everything runs on integrated gpu with cpu still at the same amount of utilisation as above.

Earlier about 6 months before i could play both games above 30 fps all time at 1080p.

Also the cpu runs hotter than normal at 81-85 °C, earlier it would not go above 75.
