Question strange GPU utilization

hello everyone

i noticed the utilization on my GPU (rtx 2070 super) is fluctuating a lot, randomly spikes from 30% to 80% while only using a browser (monitoring with hwmonitor). the temps are around 50C because my case has pretty bad airflow. is this normal or could there be something wrong?
