Strange graphical artifact in game [smoke/fog]

I have started to have these rather strange artifacts while playing games, they occur when there is smoke/fog effects, and is little green dots (which seems to be squared in groups) I have attached a picture to better show it.

My gpu is gtx680 with max temp 70-78. Running 355.60 driver (tried different drivers no luck)

Does any of you have an idea as to what is causing this?.

did you overclock you card. If yes then try reverting it back to stock clock.

No i didn't overclock it.

do you also have this problem in other games or only this game. If you having this problem in this game only while other games run fine then it's driver or very low chances of operating system problem .
If you are having this problem in all the games then either your PSU is giving this problem or it is the problem of you GPU. I would recomend you testing your graphics card in some other system.
