Strange horizontal and vertical lines on screen

I was recently playing PUBG and the game crashed. After this, I noticed that when displaying certain color gradients - namely, dark green/grey/black - my screen will show horizontal and vertical lines that seem to sometimes flicker and radiate.

Nothing odd in the screenshots, need to list system specs including power supply brand and model. Is the issue only with this one game?
