In /C:/Users/(My Name)/AppData/Local/Temp there is a strange file called "start.html" that when opened, just opens up my web browser with a message that says "hallo". When I saw this, I got really scared and thought it was a RAT virus or something. Can someone help me figure out what this is and help me out? I've run multiple different virus scans and nothing came up. This is what it looks like: http://puu.sh/dhobB/7971c05f3f.png

The AppData folder is a location where programs that are run by a local user account can store user-specific data. Anything could have dropped that file in there, I wouldn't worry about it.

The only thing that showed when I opened with notepad was "<html>hallo</html>"
