Strange Icon on my screen

Good day,

This morning when I switched on my work PC I noticed this Icon in the corner of my screen and I Cant seem to close it and it does nothing when I click on it.

Does anyone know what this is?

oh, that's something different. I don't think that's the work of some program on your PC. I think it has something to do with your monitor. Was this icon clickable? I bet not.
If yes, then I'm out of opinions.
As for why I think it was from your monitor,
because that icon has three strips of RED, BLUE and GREEN color and the power indication with that flash image.
Must be something with your power cable or VGA cable.
