Strange IP Address Accessed Google:

Hi, so recently, I installed Microsoft Outlook onto my phone and I linked my Google Account to Outlook. I recently noticed an email saying that Outlook had been connected to my Gmail account, normal but then I notice the location. I am based in South West England and the IP address that had accessed it was in Gennep, Netherlands!? Further more, one site I visited said that this address was a know source of cyber crime. I deleted outlook and then reattached it to my gmail account and this time, the ip address was from Kings Hill, UK. This address was low risk. I looked up the address on blacklists and they are only blacklisted for being dynamic IP. They are listed as being owned by Microsoft. I am just concerned that one was suggested as being a threat. Any issues with IPs like this has to go through your service provider and maybe MS support for the Outlook app. You already checked the IP so that looks OK. If you are worried about the phone, best thing to do is do a factory reset after backing up your files/contacts/settings.
