Question Strange issue on Wifi not on 4G

Hi ,
I have a Archer c6 gigabit router and a home broadband connection of 100 mbs fed into it and 2 channels 2.4 and 5 ones

I am using a firestick 2nd gen and an paid Iptv service

Now when i use Wifi and either of the channels the live streamings buffers a lot
Now the most interesting part - when i use a mobile phone hotspot using my mobile 4g data its works flawlessly - which in fact is much slower

Can someone help to solve the issue

Yes - I updated (checked with old router also and its the same) -
strangely only that IPTV buffers , youtube an all works fine
But however , that IPTV works great when I use mobile data

must be an ISP issue but they say everything is fine
What tests could I do isolate the issue and then go back to them to say - Here is the problem

BTW the url that the iptv hits is thepk3.tv and i tried pinging it and getting response when on WIFI ( both dl and ul speeds are good) and not getting packet losses as well
