[SOLVED] Strange issue with 60fps.

Hello everyone!

I have a strange issue with my computer. So the problem is my pc cant run games with 60fps. I tried old games new ones but when I turn on fps counter it shows 60fps or above but the gameplay isnt as smooth as it should.

My specs:
Intel i3-8100
Gigabyte H310m
Asus Geforce GTX 1050Ti
HyperX 4GB DDR4 2666MHz
Adata 120GB SSD
FSP 530W 80+ Gold
Acer K222hql 60Hz

If I play videos with 60fps its very smooth just the games seems "laggy". If anybody can tell me which part should change in my specs or what should I do please help me. Oh one more thing if I stream my gameplay the stream as smooth as the 60fps videos. Its really annoying I want to play with 60fps and see smooth games.

1) Your RAM is very less (Your FPS counter could have latency and still show 60 FPS and you might experience micro-stuttering)
2) Turn ON VSync or cap your FPS to 60 in case you haven't done it already.

Get at-least 8GB RAM.

ya 4gb is not enough to really game at 60fps
