Strange led constantly on my gpu even if i disconnect the pc

So, iv been having this strange led on my gpu for some days and idk what its happening, when i just disconnect everything of the pc like all the cables, even the power supply cable its still on that light, what is happening???

That light I think shows there is still a charge in the capacitors, its just warning you not to touch anything.

After a while it dissapears
