Strange looking blotches on LCD

These started appearing a few months ago...the thing is, they change size but don't particularly move around.
So just yesterday they were already getting smaller, but when I turned my laptop on this morning, there was ANOTHER huge blotch just below the already two ones that I thought were starting to disappear already.They look like droplets plus they're right smack on the taskbar so it's really bothering me because they might just keep getting bigger like the lines that cover your screen...something like that. Here it is,:

Anyone know what they are or perhaps what's causing it?

this can be from the lcd of the screen being warren out or burrning up i had this problem with my acer i took it to best buy at geek squad or something like that and they replaced for me if i were you i would a buy a new screen and replace it your self because its cheaper to do that then taking it there
