Strange MoBo behaviour

Desktop system not stable as its sometimes gets powered on and display output and sometimes doesnt.
Not sure which components is causing this and whats faulty inside the desktop.

Please suggest what could be the reason in this.

Yes, and it also doesn't power on sometimes.
