HP is correct so that you can assure your mouse is good use it in another computer. Now I'm sure that the problem is OS, either corrupted files, bug or virus. Install and run a virus scanner first. Then go back here
Thanks for replying, i have done virus scan no issues are there, my pc is clean.
Ok I'm back here, can you open this in your computer if this available, right click in command prompt and click run as administrator. Once the black screen is available type sfc /scannow lets see if there are problem in your OS. Then check also the properties of your mouse follow this instruction: go to control panel/then click view devices and printer/right click in usb mouse or any told mouse/then click properties/check any updates driver button, then if this will not change, right click again then click mouse settings, change any settings there by unchecking the box. If this will not change also, right click again and try to click the troubleshoot. Lets see if this will solve. We need to repair your OS using the windows installer or recovery disk of your windows.

I did the sfc /scannow but it didn't detect any issue also i check for driver update but no driver update are there, but then i restart my pc, the mouse seems to be responding fine. Maybe it solved the issue. Thanks..
