Hello everyone, I've recently built my new PC and it's doing really good except for 1 issue, which is some random freezing that isn't an instant freeze, a random application like chrome / the taskbar would freeze first, if I tab out to any other thing that freezes too, if I try clicking the refresh button on desktop the right click menu closes but the refresh button would stay there, until basically I would either have to hold the power button or restart my PC, it doesn't matter what I'm doing when it happens, it can happen whenever, it has happened when I was watching Youtube, chatting on Discord, when I'm on idle, When I'm gaming and it has also happened instantly right when I boot my PC, sometimes it freezes completely (not including the mouse) where every application open and the desktop become unresponsive, my PC's and Keyboard's RGB freezes too, and sometimes the RGB stays fine and I can use the desktop completely fine but if I try opening applications those wouldn't work, The problem doesn't really have a pattern in terms of time either, it can happen 5 times in 1 day, or once in 5 days, etc. hence why I don't know if this is a hardware issue or if it's software.

My Specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700G
CPU Cooler: Lian Li Galahad 240mm AIO
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-F
RAM: Kingston Fury Beast 3773MHz 16GB
SSD: Samsung 980 Pro 1TB
PSU: Asus ROG Strix 750W

Kinda overkill PSU I think but I bought it when I was planning on buying a 3060ti
All of these parts are completely new and have never been used and my temperatures are completely fine, Highest my CPU has reached is 40C which is not alot whatsoever, I have tried some stuff to fix this issue such as:
  1. Disabling DOCP
  2. Updating Drivers
  3. Updating Windows
  4. Using DDU In Safe Mode

and yeah none of those have worked unfortunately, all my drivers are up to date so I don't know what is going on.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What OS are you working with? If you're on Windows 10, what version(not edition) are you on? As a side note, where did you source the installer for the OS? BIOS version for your motherboard? Try and work with timings, voltages and frequency in manual mode, but with slightly higher voltage than what X.M.P(the advertised voltage) is stated. Got a link to the ram kit used? Which two slots are you populating with the ram kit?

here's where I bought my RAM from, I bought 2 of the same RAM, the store is the biggest place for pc components in my country so it's trusted, RAM is on 2nd and 4th slot on the motherboard

Seems like not opening ARMOURY CRATE makes my pc not freeze somehow, idk if I'm getting lucky again like I did last time when I didn't freeze for 5 days, but if it is ARMOURY CRATE then that's the solution for me I guess, as long as it's not open (not sure) my pc doesn't freeze
OR I could be lucky, I will update on the situation next week or so.
