[SOLVED] Strange pixels and blue rectangle at start up

Recently i couldn't access display, so I reset cmos on the bios. And ever since then I've been getting a blue rectangle and pixelated lines behind the rectangle at start-up.

everything else seems fine - just that image at start-up seems annoying.

Wrong frequency or resolution while in BIOS. See if your monitor has Auto settings in it's menu.

Thanks for the suggestion it allowed me to determine that it was the graphic card hdmi port that's faulty. I changed to a display port and the pixels are gone.
