strange pricing of graphic cards and differrences between expensive and cheap

2) Is the Difference between a graphic card for 300€ and graphic card for 100€ is that with more expensive graphic card you can run all games at Full HD and with cheaper graphic card you can run all games at smaller resoultion (for example: 1280*1024)?

Not strange at all the 250x is already a generation old the other one is many generations old they no longer make it so the price goes up as supply falls. Compare 2xx and 3xx amd cards together and the price will tell you what u need to know

What about the 2nd question?

Many generations older is 170 $ and one generation older is 70$ ?? I think it should be the opposite.

And even though the r7250x is a generation old is still one of the bast graphic card at the moment (for the money)
