Strange problem: monitor not getting signal sometimes

when i starting the CPU for first time monitor is not getting the signal (sreen not appearing). If i put off and start the CPU for several times( after 3 pr 4 times) monitor gets signal and starts with window screen. What is the solution for thisw problem?

First try another monitor then try another graphics card...
