Strange problem with license for Anytime organizer 16 under WIN 11

I am running a Dell AIO PC with Windows 11 home. I installed Anytime Organizer 16 software and it keeps losing the license number randomly. Now when I put the license in it says I exceeded number of activations allowed even though it is only installed on this one PC. Now it will not open at all without it. Contacted the maker of software with no reply from them. Any idea's what would cause this issue?

Did you purchase Anytime Organizer 16 directly from Individual Software? or did you purchase through a online vender?

It was purchased from Individual Software on a disk. They gave me a new license number over the phone a few months ago but it still loses it somehow. I am helping an 85 year old with his PC that he has had for a year. It was installed with antivirus turned off as instructed.

I guess the only thing is to go through their technical support again. I haven't heard of Windows dropping software licenses.

Any software that needs the anti virus turned OFF raises big red flags for me.
