Question Strange problem with video card and new motherboard

Hi folks,

I'm facing some issues with my motherboard replacement.

I have replaced one ASUS H81M-CS/BR (faulty) with a TGT TG-H81-G355-U/P (same socket, LGA 1150).

But my video card (one Geforce 450 GTS w/ 2GB GDDR5) does not work on PCI-E 16X SLOT. When I use that card on a riser card on PCI-E 1X works fine.

I have tested the same slot (PCI-E 16x) with a Radeon HD 6570 and works fine.

Has anyone come across something like that? Any suggestions?

The only option that I have is UEFI Boot Enable or disabled. Its on Disable. When it enabled my windows boots into the Windows Setup. When disabled it boots normally

GTX460 is a legacy mode device; It may have difficulties being recognized on a uefi only motherboard.

I'm sorry, I think I wasn't clear. It boots but using the integrated graphics. It still doesn't recognize my GTX 460.
