I got an Alpha PAL8045T heatsink and a Thermaltake fan and I have run into a very frustrating problem. The screws to mount the fan, that came with both the heatsink and the fan, are too short. I need m3x75mm screws and the heatsink screws are only 50mm. I've called around to every possible hardware store/hobby shop/electrical supplier I can find in the phone book and no one carries screws that are this thin, this long. Does anyone know where I can find screws like these? Thanks.

might get lucky at hardware places like home depo, rona, or even at some car audio places (try to see the screws they have to install 6x9 speakers, they're long and thin).

Nope, that was the first place I went to. I'm hoping someone will know of an online store that sells the screws.

Dont you have any online hardware stores in america? In the UK we have RS (radio spares) that sell electronics, screws all the hardware stuff at rswww.com (NOT www.rswww.com).

My sig's faster than yours, and it overclocks better too....

just use a lot of super glue, it works well.
