Strange PSU Form Factor Replacement

I need a new power supply of this form factor:

Are there any 350w+ power supplies that can replace this? The current one doesn't supply enough power and black-screens a lot.

Usually those are proprietary and can't be upgraded.

That's a fire hazard , Solid Gear PSU's are horrible quality.
