Strange RAM clock speeds

Basically, my RAM is supposed to be 1333mhz but for some reason why I check CPU-Z and Speccy it says the clock speed is 665mhz.
I've already checked the BIOS and it says the clock 1333mhz so I'm really not sure what's going on.

Because you RAM is running in dual channel mode. Do the math 665 x 2.
Your RAM is running with 1333Mhz.Its fine.
