I have a strange problem with my RX480 at 240Hz on DP 1.2.
So what happens is, on Display Port sometimes when starting certain games, especially source games my monitor black screens on the games starting up, sound all works fine, and i can still use the mouse and hear things being clicked and happening, i just have no monitor input. It becomes less frequent the more I turn down the refresh rate, its worse on 240hz, does it every time on 240hz when i start csgo or day of infamy and 25% chance on 144hz, hasnt done it to me on any other game except dying light once when changing graphics settings, i have absolutely no problems on DVI however, but that has no freesync, just 144hz
another problem i have is when on 240hz on the rx 480 i have extreme flickering due to memory clock being clocked too low on the vram, if i lock the vram clock to 2000mhz it works flawlessly no more flickering, anyone have any idea why this could be happening?
GPU Temps never go above 75 degrees.
