It's very odd, but whenever I'm browsing (no matter what the browser is), my monitors will stutter with this almost twitch like line that runs across the screen. It happens in notably more of a frequency when on sites with videos embedded such as YouTube and Facebook.
I disabled "Use hardware acceleration when available" in the Google Chrome settings, and now the twitching has stopped completely.
However, I installed Skype today, and the twitching happens while I navigate that! I think it must be the advertisements that are embedded into it that are causing it.
Outside of Skype, and the browsers, there is no screen stutter, and I play games perfectly.
This is all very weird. Has anyone every heard of this/experienced this for themselves? Anyone have an idea?
