So i played today red dead redemption 2 and suddenly this sound came from pc
View: https://youtu.be/qWwRNn97XO8

In video you can hear...

Cant identify where it comes from. Only that it is motherboard lower part or psu or gpu.
Does not even sound like coil whine (have experianced them on old mobo) When this sound appeared i did not notice any fps dropps or stuttering. Restarted pc and sound was gone.
Makes me worry a bit :(

Maybe somebody can help with opinion?

Motherboard:Gigabyte X570
CPU:Amd Ryzen 5 3600
GPU:palit Rtx 2070
PSU:cooler master thunder m 620

Solution
That sounds like it is directly related to the cooling fan on your chipset. Too high pitched for a larger fan bearing. Gets louder when you are in the area of the chipset fan. I'd focus my search there. Make sure the heatsink for the chipset is not loose at all and that the fan seems firmly mounted, not loose.
