Hello
I've recently built my first PC with an RX 580 but I'm having some issues with awful stuttering I'm getting.
I only own two games right now: Dark Souls 3 and RE2 Remake. In both of those games, I get some awful stuttering, where the frame rate drops to around 30 fps for a second or two then jumps back to 60 fps. I tried a lot of things but none worked.
Now here where it gets strange. Last thing I've done was reinstall my GPU driver. Right after I installed it again, I ran a game to see if that helped, and what do you know, all the stuttering is gone. The game runs at stable 60 fps. I turned off the game, then some messages popped up from the AMD software:
Unfortunately, when I turned the game on again, the stuttering is back.
Does anyone have any idea of what might be causing this?
