Question Strange system Freeze and No vudeo signal

SO I'm having a problem with my PC and I can't figure out what's the cause of it, it happens randomly and is not so frequent maybe once a month, I was using the computer with only chrome and it totally froze (couldn't move mouse or open task manager) I was only able to turn it off and it turns off as soon as i touch the power button instead of waiting for 5sec pressed, after reboot it worked but after turning it off again I had the No Video Signal issue, the computer was booting to Bios but video wasn't displayed, the only way for me to fix it is resetting the cmos, I have already stress tested everything RAM GPU CPU, temps are fine I can't find any solution.

I'm having nearly the same problem, it just happens a lot more often. I haven't found a solution. What are your specs? We might have similar parts.
