Strange temp reading?

Hi, I was having CPU overheating issues which was causing crashes very often, so I bought a liquid cooling system. I installed it, there are a couple issues, like a missing cable that I need to retrieve but I've managed to set it up for now until I can get the cable. I'm using CPUID HWMonitor and according to it, at idle, my CPU is about 15C lower than normal (current reading is 16C) which is great! But my motherboard has a reading as follows:

THRM: 24C
TMPIN0: 24C
TMPIN1: 65C
TMPIN2: 33C

Is TMPIN1 reading false or is this an actual reading? And if so, how am I supposed to correct it? I haven't taken out any fans except for the fan/heatsink that was mounted on the CPU. Why am I getting a hotter reading for my motherboard?

This is common.
The fan for the heat sink moved air across the motherboard cooling it.
The pump does not do this.
The motherboards VRMs and ,northbridge, southbridge need airflow across them . This was originally provided by the cpu heatsink. You need to mount a fan to cool the motherboard.

Not sure if that's possible with my current case. I already don't have room to fit my radiator. Looks like I'll be upgrading to a bigger case. Do you know around what area on the motherboard TMPIN1's sensor would be?
