Strange thing happens on my PC

How do I say about this....
Yesterday I was playing out just fine, heck, i even used it a few hours ago
The only different thing that I've done is that today, when I'm about to go to the college, I switch off the PSU (from | to O) that's all, I usually never done that, but today I just did it...

Now when my PC boots up, it tends shut down once, then reboot normally (not all the times but 7 out of 10). The problem is it done all this without displaying anything on the monitor (no signal at all) fans all spin just fine, both GPU and CPU fan.

I've tried:
1. Reseating GPU
2. Use the Mobo VGA port
3. Reseat the RAM (I don't have case speaker so I can't tell bout the beeps)
4. Tried the monitor + cable with a laptop, it displayed pics just fine
5. Slap the PC few times hopin' it would come back to it's sense
6. Starting it without RAM and GPU attached
7. Reseatting the CMOS (even tried to replace the battery, but the other one is also pretty old, so both might be dead), also tried waiting it out too
8. Replaced the 1050ti with my old 630, fans spun but that one-time reboot and no display problem still occurs

I think the PSU still works properly, since every part of the computer still zap me up just fine and the PSU fan also still spins

I had my full spec on the rig info provided by tomshardware in the profile setting

Any insight is appreciated...

PS: I'm using my phone to write this, so it's still won't work till now...

PS2: i think my mobo doesn't seem to have any light and case speaker (since I can't find any light nor any sound coming from it, but the fans are still spinning just fine), so I dunno.... That just seems so strange..

PS3: found a beeper, mobo gives 4 beep when i turn it on, still without display (i'm using AMI BIOS)

Edit: extra trial and error

Solution
Remove all the extra components so you only have the mobo cpu(and heatsink) and a single stick of ram. Try to boot to BIOS. If you can do that swap with another stick of ram repeat for all ram. If it doesn't boot with any one stick of ram, that stick is bad. If it doesn't boot with any of your ram it's either the mobo or CPU. Try to find an old CPU known good CPU to test against. If that still doesn't work your mobo is likely dead.

If you've booted to bios each time then install your boot drive and try to boot to bios.

Continue adding single components to the system till it stops starting up properly. The last component added is busted.

This is the standard "oh shit" troubleshooting method.

Solution

Like I said, no display at all, so I can't really tell (it stays no signal through the whole ordeal)
I only have 1 stick of RAM
I tried removing them both
I tried removing one only each time (using the VGA port from Mobo too)
They turn on, they spun, but they will experience a one-time reboot, then they will work as if nothing happened, but they did all of these without displaying anything in my monitor (when the monitor actually works, I've tried it on a laptop, both cable and the monitor itself)

If I had any display at all at least I can search on Google for the solution dude, since it means the main suspect would be my GPU...
I've tried reseatting the CMOS too, I'll edit my list of what I've done

That's really stupid thing to do.
By kicking/slapping your PC, you're essentially damaging your mechanical hard drives, unless you have completely migrated to SSD storage.
Never do that.

I think that was sarcasm.

I wonder why did it suddenly got bad... I mean, everything still turns up: the led in the pc (the green and red light), the fans (PSU,CPU, and GPU) except the display of course, and that one time reboot...
It even run just fine in the afternoon before I went to college

I would really love to buy some parts to test it out (like new cable, or perhaps even a new mobo) but right now I'm pretty much broke here, barely had 3$ (converted from my currency) in my wallet...
Got some friend that tell me it might be the ram, but some also said it might be the Mobo, but really can't tell for sure since everything ran (like fans, led, booting sound [when u first turn up ur PC, dunno what sound is that since I don't have a case speaker]) but what I know for sure is that when I try to seat the ram at 2nd slot, the PC kept rebooting, but when it's on 1st slot, it'll reboot once, then it'll keep running till I shut it down myself (though there's still no display so I can't tell what really happens), when I tried to run it without RAM, same result as 1st slot..

PS: I'm pretty sure the GPU ain't the prob this time, tried the old GPU and the integrated GPU, both won't work too

Edit: just checked again for the RAM slot, both seems to work fine now but there's still no display (2nd slot no longer cause reboot loop)

Edit 2: ah manage to found a buzzer, 4 beep when I turned on the PC, then after the 1-time-reboot I got another 4 beep

i have no other PSU, but for the GPU, i've tried using both my old GT 630 and my integrated, and the problem persist
btw, i've managed to find a list that shows 4 beeps means "farewell mobo"... or is there another alternative? i'm really tight on budget right now, and pc components in my country are pretty expensive...

something i haven't tried yet
but is it really possible?
if i change the CMOS battery and nothing happen, does this mean the only culprit would be the mobo?
i would gladly buy a new battery for it but if it fixes nothing that would've hurt my economy even more....

Edit: already bought and changed the battery, still 4 beeps, but there's something else that i've found out, when i didn't plug any RAM, the computer would turn on (still no display) but the 4 beeps would be delayed for a certain second, same thing happen after the one-time reboot, another delayed 4 beeps

it's not random reboot, it's flat out dead....
that 1-time reboot i mention occurs after waiting for a certain time, so i just run my PC, heard the 4 beeps, then after waiting a while the PC would suddenly reboot, then beeped 4 times again, and that's it.... it'll keep running till i turn it off manually
