[SOLVED] Strange tones from motherboard

This is a relatively new build, only a few months old for the motherboard and CPU, but other components are from my old build. Yesterday I noticed an extremely high pitched sound coming from the tower. 5 tones in descending pitch just at the limit of my hearing (My wife can't hear it at all). The sound is constant even when the PC is powered down. It is not a known beep code and I have unplugged the speaker to see if the sound still occurs, it does.
I am not certain if the sound has always been there because it is only just audible and as stated, the motherboard is quite new. The sound seems to be coming from the LEDs in the top corner but is not in time with the change in colours.
Any ideas what it could be?

ASUS TUF H-570 Pro Wi-Fi
Core i7 10700
64GB RAM
Geforce 2060 Super Ti (8GB and RGB)

Probably coil whine from the voltage regulators, near the CPU. A cursory search got me this. EDIT: And this.

LEDs should not be noisy by themselves.

Doesn't seem to have a good solution anywhere, though - But do try another PSU, or maybe RMA the motherboard, if it gets too annoying.
You should make sure that the sound actually comes from the LED and not other components.

You can verify this by disconnecting the LED's power cable when the computer is turned off.
Update: The LEDs I am referring to are integrated into the motherboard and remain on when the PC is powered down as long as the power remains connected. If the sound is from another component then it would ba a motherboard component somewhere very close by as I have discounted removable components.

So the LED is a built-in LED, if it was the LED you can do nothing about it.

But are you sure that the sound doesn't come from the PSU?

Yes... That is it. I listened to a YouTube video with an example. My sound is almost exactly the same, but more tuned and seems to be playing specific notes, but that is most probably either coincidence or just a trick played by my ears as it is so close to hearing threshold. There is a bank of capacitors in the area the sound is coming from so it is almost certainly from them.

Thank you very much. I'm glad that it's something unimportant. It's probably been there all along but only recently dropped low enough in pitch to hear.
