Strange underlined text

Hi guys

I have this problem where some programs have either a bold blue or black underline in the menu bar part of the programs. Here are some pictures:

What can i do to remove these underlines?

I Fixed it. I just had to simply reset the pixel format in ATI catalyst.

I see dead pixels.
