Strange Video Bug

Hello.I have this weird bug that starts to act up after a few minutes of watching videos *Not On Youtube*but on Facebook or other sites that play videos but also the stock video player in Windows.I have a pic of the bug here * http://imgur.com/DvmCmOz * Some might say this is a gpu issue but nothing of the sort happens while i game or while doing whatever else on my PC.Specs are CPU AMD FX 8350 ; RAM 8GB ;GPU XFX R9 280X;MB ASUS M5A97 2.0;HDD1TB; PSU CM G750M
