Strange window stuck to corner of screen, covers everything

This appeared during a malwarebytes scan, is it just it being weird or is something bad happening here?
I run win 8.1 and avira, I also run cold turkey which might be doing it (I think).
It cannot be interacted with and covers any window while in desktop mode, I also can't find it in the alt tab menu or task manager.

While it was there Malwarebytes Service had full disk usage (note it ended before the scan finished).

Malwarebytes found anything? Try a scan with Zemana Anti-malware, Trendmicro housecall and post the results here.
