Stream at h.264 or x264?

Should I stream Fortnite Battle Royale on Twitch using OBS with h.264 or x264? And what bitrate should I also use?

My specs are:
GeForce GTX 1050 2GB
8GB RAM
Intel i5 7500 3.40
Streaming at 720p
Upload speed is 120mb

Use nvenc or qsv,fortnite has issues and will stutter terribly if anything else uses much of the CPU even if overall utilization is low.
