Question Stream audio from Sound Card to Shoutcast server

Does anyone know of any software I can stream audio to the Internet?

I have a dedicated computer at home that Plays Radio Stations on a schedule for shows I enjoy (RarmaRadio). The soundcard is connected to an FM Transmitter which sends just the audio to radios in the house (To ease from running wires everywhere) I want to be able to pickup my audio on my phone via Shoutcast through the Internet.

There are options though Winamp, but it is much more complicated then it needs to be. I have tried Winamp with success but it involves running wires to the line in jack from the line out jack. And multiple applications to run. In some cases the computer even freezes up.

Is there any simple software to run it from my Soundcard directly to Shoutcast?
Or something that can even include metadata?

More logical way is listen to that radio through internet. There are some good apps that stream radio by net.
