Stream fps lags

I have a high end pc with a rtx 2080 And a I7 9700K and i love streaming
I stream with streamlabs and i can stream nearly everything but not fortnite or PUBG, i tried lowering settings and stuff but my stream fps keeps dropping to 20 or lower. Any help for This?

Turn on V-Sync in the game's settings. This will reduce CPU usage in those games (They are CPU heavy) and will allow you to stream at the same time.

Think of it like this. Currently, the game is using as much as the CPU as it can to push the highest framerates possible. By limiting your maximum FPS, you give more headroom for your stream.
