Stream from nVidia Shield

Hi guys

Bit of a odd one this.

I'm wanting to display a website from my Shield on to a HD TV for an exhibition. I was looking at the ChromeCast. Would the ChromeCast achieve this?

Does the ChromeCast have a mirror feature? that lets you just mirror exactly whats happening on screen?

Any help as always much appreciated.

Yeah, I think so. I don't own one myself but I looked it up and it said it did.

If your Shield device is running Android 5.0 or newer, it has a built in screen mirror function for Chromecasts. If you have the new Shield Tablet, I can assure this will work as I have both the Shield tablet and a Chromecast and it works for me.

One other work around is to simply purchase the correct HDMI cable and use the mirror mode that both Shield devices have. The mirror mode on the Shield devices will duplicate your Shield screen through the HDMI cable onto your TV.
