Stream HELP Please

Recently i got a monster PC and im trying to stream and create video, when im not streaming or recording i have a ping that jumps anywhere from 5-25 then when i start streaming my ping is anywhere from 35-60 with random spikes to 150 then back down down its not terrible but it does affect me!! my speed test is 18 ping 66 down and 4.28 up

of course your ping goes up when streaming, you are sending additional information then.
