[SOLVED] Streaming and Gaming PC help

I have almost 7,8 year old pc which is still doing fine its i5 2500k based system with gtx 660 it does basic gaming like dota 2 and cs go

But now i want to build a streaming and gaming pc i am buying parts over the period of next 2,3 months

i want to know what stream setup is best nvenc , x264 ? on basis of that i need to decide wether to pump more money on gpu like turing nvenc supported like 1660ti or rtx 2060 wih a ryzen 5 2600 or x264 based pc with ryzen 7 2700 with a simple 1660 or even 1650ti
