Streaming BF4 Question

Hey guys!

Setup

I7-4770k
GTX 760
8 GB DDR3 1600mhz ram

This is my setup. When i'm trying to stream BF4 my frame drops to 30-40 most of the time which i find unplayable. Is it my GPU? Just bought this CPU(stock settings)
I've tried to play at my brother his system with a I5 & GTX 680 and he ruins on a pretty smooth 50-60+ frames most of the times.


Medium Settings btw!
Anyone has some insights for me to share?

What are you using to stream.

I've tried different programs like OBS(Open broadcast software) & FFSplit.

Try to lower the bitrate on setting in OBS or whatever program you are using. See if that helps get rid of in-game lag / fps drop while streaming.

Well its on 3500. which doesn't give me a issue with other programs, so i'm kinda trying to figure out what is holding me back right now.

Same settings on my brother rig and it runs fine there pretty much.
