This should serve you well. An 8 core Ryzen processor will be good for streaming and gaming, in addition to 32 gigs of RAM. A 2070 Super will also be more than enough for a 1080p monitor. You can use unactivated Windows for now, or step the 2070 Super down to a 2060 Super or 2070 and use the money to buy Windows now. Or you can buy Windows down the line when you have more cash. The GPU will also handle 1440p very well should you upgrade in the future.
