should i get 1 gaming pc with an i5 processer and a gtx 770 gpu and then get a seperate pc with an amd processer to stream on? or would it be simpler to just get 1 pc with i7?

It would be cheaper and easier to just have everything in one pc, the about 100$ price different between an i5 to an i7 will be cheaper then building a different amd machine, depending on game and settings you will be able to stram totaly fine with intel, and for overall gaming intil wins.

its only for multitasking and streaming that the amd 8350 cpu or so is better, and still it games really good all games 60+ fps aslong you have a good gpu too.

So its all up to you, so if you want a intel build then get the i7 as it will be much cheaper then a seperate build and you wont run into any bottelnecks and so, it will serve you good for all purposes.
