Streaming on a I5 6500?

I'm wondering if you can stream with a i5 6500 i was going to get the fx 8320e for streaming but amd cpus don't have the best performance. i'm not sure which cpu to get.

The i5 is the better CPU. If you have an nVidia video card, you can use Shadowplay and take the work off of the CPU, but even then the i5 is still better.
