Solution
OBS supports QuickSync. QuickSync basically let the integrated graphic cores to do the encoding instead of your CPU cores.

iv done that and also at 3500kbs but the stream stutters and my cpu gets to 100%

I would really recommend it, as it takes of the encoding load from the CPU cores, so they can concentrate on the game.

There is a few guides, to setup QuickSync.

it wont let me choose quick sync but it will let me use nvidia nvenc

Most likely because your integrated graphics have been disabled.

Again, there are tons of guides, that explain exactly how to get QuickSync up and running.

will my graphics card b able to handle that?

QuickSync will not use your dedicated graphic card, however will use the integrated graphic in your CPU.

If you have a dedicated graphic cards, chances are it is not been used (and it can handle it).

thanks for the advice the stream looks alot better and it brought down my cpu usage to 40%-50% amazing

is there a way to play the game using my internal gpu and stream using my dedicated gpu?

To be honest, I don't see any greater benefits doing that. It will decrease your gaming experience.

the reason i was asking was ill take a hit on the gaming experience if the stream will gain on the quality

Im sorry all these people are nubs when it comes to streaming. here are your settings you should use,.

Bitrate:2000,(3500 is to high might be good for Quality but viewers is a no,
Resolution:1920x1080 Downscale to 1280x720 and put in a filter
Encoding:x264 or Quicksync
Set Preset Under Advanced:Very Fast

Edit: Anymore questions about streaming go here: http://www.reddit.com/r/twitch
anything lower the Veryfast I5 will choke

the problem with that setup is that my cpu gets to 100% any reason why? meanwhile the quicksync only uses 50% of my cpu while game and streaming just wish i cud get the quality better but i guess it is what it is

would u happen to kno why obs is now crashing all the time after like 10 mins of streaming obs crashes and give me a crash report this never happened before any advice i also completely removed and reinstalled obs and it is updated

Yes. Your integrated graphic is probably not as good as your graphics card.

So, you will most likely be forced to lower the quality on the game (in order to maintain a reasonable FPS).

Because the CPU will have to do a ton of encoding meanwhile running the game.
With QuickSync, you move the encoding to the integrated graphics cores.

I would recommend to reinstall your integrated graphics driver.

that seemd to fix the problem hasnt crashed yet

it seemed to work for a bit but it still crashes i reinstalled the drivers for integrated graphics card but it just takes longer for obs to crash any advice?
