streaming on twitch

hey guys can someone help me,im using obs for streaming and my stream is lagging alot i dont know why but i think its because of the FMS URL,im from canada and there is not any close server to me.and why does my game drops alot of fps when i try to stream...i have a pretty decent pc gpu:gtx 960 mobo:asrock h97 anniversary cpu: i5 4690.........please help?

Try Shadowplay instead - not as hard to run as OBS.
