Is this better than the ryzen 5 1400??? Because i tried console streaming on it and my stream didnt look that great using it.

Not sure what your settings were but a 1600 can game AND stream simultaneously. A 2200 won't have an issue simply streaming.

Ryzen 5 1400' have the stream set to 3500 bit rate, using faster preset, at 720p 60fps??? I dont understand why stream quailty didnt look good, but if j changed the preset to medium or even slow it skipped frames.

I don't stream so i couldnt tell you. I would start a thread and see if someone,can help you because you shouldn't,have a problem
