Streaming PC on Twich

Hello guys. I need a little help here.
I am a semi-pro cs go player and I want start streaming on twice. I will try to make a career with this game streaming since I don't like nothing else to do.I belive in my dreams and I am a very persistent guy. So, since I read from some streamers about losing performance and having ms lag input problem when stream from the same computer wich you play de game, i ask you guys if a build from only streaming my gameplay with amd fx 4300, 120gb ssd and a capture card will be enough for streaming 720p 60fps?
I can't accept having a lag input. I for this game I need the best performance possible to get good results. So, I need a second pc for only stream. Is that build ok?

An AMD fx 4300 and no gpu will definately not be enough to stream games. If you want I can put together a part list for a gaming pc for you if you tell me your budget

I arleady have a gaming pc. Ryzen 5 with gtx 1050 ti.
i need a second pc for just straming, only streaming to eliminate the lag input. If i stream on my main gaming pc i get lag input. So i need a second pc for just streaming. What u recomand For streaming at 720p 60fps?
